    structure is of hydrocodone which is marketed under trademark of VICODIN. In TV show HOUSE created by David Shore (man in pic on right),Dr. House is addicted to vicodin. Character is partly inspired by Sherlock Holmes(in pic below) ,who was addicted to cocaine.
