    St Nicholas, US and Canada. So that points to Santa Claus. I think US and Canada air force had some joint program and they used to track santa every holidays for kids.

    Title refers to that famous article "Yes Virginia, There is a Santa Claus"

    Googling tells me it was The Sun
    And NORAD is the program that tracks Santa on Christmas
