Identify A-Y.
A-U are all Formula 1 teams. The arrows indicate a sequence of change in name of the teams through buyouts and acquisitions. Following each sequence are clues to the team names. W-Y are important personalities associated with Formula 1, the hints for which are included in the sentences.

Scoring- 3 points for every correct letter identified. An additional 20 points if all are correct.

A -> B -> C-> D-> E

A is the only team to have competed with the unique car (in pic above) in F1. During the transition from D to E, the buyout was assisted by an Abu Dhabi based company.

F-> G-> H-> I

The current Racing Director of McLaren was the Team Principal of I from 2010 to 2013. W was the owner of D. W was the Technical Director of G when it won its first and only World Constructor’s Championship.

J-> K-> L-> M                                       

The Team Principal of M also owns East Bengal Football Club through one if his companies. Michael Schumacher made his F1 debut with J. He has also raced for E and G.

N-> O-> P

The founder of N was X. His nickname was the “Flying Scot”.

Q-> R

The founder of R was Y. Only Juan Manuel Fangio and Michael Schumacher have surpassed the number of world championship titles held by Y.

S-> T

T is often regarded as a junior team of P, training and supplying drivers for the senior team.

U-> V

U’s first car in Formula 1 was the first one to be designed entirely with computational fluid dynamics.
