    1.Prasanta Chandra Mahalanobis, He is best remembered for the Mahalanobis distance, a statistical measure. He founded the Indian Statistical Institute.
    2. Subhash Mukhopadhyay.the less known doctor who came up with the first test tube baby in India but was ridiculed and had to die of depression.more on him.....
