The person above gave his name to a disease/sickness ,because of the outlandish stories he told people after returning from war.According to the stories the astounding feats included riding cannonballs, travelling to the Moon, and escaping from a swamp by pulling himself up by his own hair.
In the sickness named after him the affected person exaggerates or creates symptoms of illnesses in themselves or their child/children in order to gain investigation, treatment, attention, sympathy, and comfort from medical personnel. what sickness??
