Answer: Seeta Devi & Charu Roy in the movie A Throw of Dice (Prapancha Pash).
And this is the Devika Rani & Himanshu Rai's famous kiss that everybody answered.But it was the second onscreen kiss in Indian Cinema.

    Probably Devika Rani kissing real life soul mate Himanshu Rai in the 1933 film Karma. This was officially the first on screen kiss in Hindi cinema.
