ReplyDeleteIts Penelope, the wife of Odysseus/Ulysses who is associated with loyalty coz she kept suitors at bay while her husband was away. She did so by spinning a web during daytime & unraveling it at night. This is also the origin of the phrase "Penelope's web" in English language.
