The big image at the center shows the coat of arms and the motto of the Commonwealth of Massachusettes. Telefonica, as shown on the third image, is a Spanish telecommuunications company. The fifth is a black labrador, symbolic of a black dog that appears on the logo of Lycos. The final image is that of a bursting bubble, which is symbolic of the internet bubble of 1995-2000.

Lycos was acquired by the Spanish telecommunications company, Telefonica, nearthe peak time of the internet bubble.
