answer : jaya and vijaya
ReplyDeletethey were the gate keepers of vishnu. once they didnt allow the char kumaras to pass thru and were hence cursed to be born as demons in each yuga. lord vishnu, out of mercy, promised to free them (by killing them) in each of the yugas.
so jaya and vijaya were born as the pairs shown above in dwapar, sata and treta yuga respectively.
