ReplyDeleteBoston Red Sox had been one of the most successful professional baseball franchises, winning 5 World Series titles durin 1903-18 But after they sold Babe Ruth(The Bambino)to the Yankees they went without a title for decades, as the previously lackluster Yankees became one of the most successful franchises in North American professional sports.
