SS Super Sunday #2 : Child's Play?

A long connect.

Same rules as the previous Super Sunday apply. Also, do go through the newly-added, and the never-before-required, 'Caution' section on the Summer Slam page.

Identify the connect between the 13 pictures below as A, then identify what each of the pictures stand for in relation to the connect as B-N (in order).

Scoring: 15 points for the connect A, and 3 points each for B-N. A bonus 20 points for getting everything correct!

  6. Answers are,

A - Possible Origins of Nursery Rhymes
B - Polly Put the Kettle On (first record of lyrics in modern form in Charles Dickens' Barnaby Rudge)
C - Remember Remember (Guy Fawkes was one of the members of the Gunpowder Plot)
D - London Bridge is Falling Down (The attack on Viking-occupied London with the Norwegian king Olaf II)
E - Humpty Dumpty ('Humpty Dumpty' was a siege engine that was used unsuccessfully during the Siege of Gloucester in the English Civil War)
F - Old Mother Hubbard (refers to Cardinal Thomas Wosley who refused Henry VIII's divorce from Catherine of Aragon)
G - Rock-a-bye Baby (observations of English immigrants who noted how native-American mothers rocked their babies in Birch bark cradles)
H - Mary, Mary, Quite Contrary (believed to be connected to Queen Mary Stuart and her reign over Scotland)
I - Jack and Jill (refers to attempt by Charles I to reform the taxes on liquid measure, he ordered the volume of Jack, 0.5 pint, to be dropped, which consequently dropped the value of Gill, 0.25 pint)
J - Goosey Goosey Gander (reference to Catholic priests who would hide in 'priest holes' to say their Latin prayers to avoid persecution by zealous Protestants under Henry VIII's rule)
K - Ring around the Rosie (reference to the Black Death in Europe)
L - Lucy Locket (Kitty Fisher possible reference to Catherine Fischer who was the subkect of three unfinished portraits by Joshua Reynolds)
M - Three Blind Mice (possible reference to the 'Oxford Martyrs', bishops, Latimer, Ridley, and Cranmer, who were burned by Mary I)
N - Baa, Baa, Black Sheep (has been very recently connected to the Slave Trade in southern United States)

Little boy blue- the rhyme was used to represent Cardinal Wosley
GOD SAVE THE KING/GOD SAVE THE QUEEN: ITS THE SAME AS REMEMBER,REMEMBER!
Remember, remember the Fifth of November,
    The Gunpowder Treason and Plot,
    I know of no reason
    Why the Gunpowder Treason
    Should ever be forgot.
Guy Fawkes, Guy Fawkes, t'was his intent
To blow up the King and Parli'ment.
    Three-score barrels of powder below
    To prove old England's overthrow;
By God's providence he was catch'd (or by God's mercy*)
With a dark lantern and burning match.
Holla boys, Holla boys, let the bells ring.
Holloa boys, holloa boys, "God save the King!"
And what should we do with him? Burn him!

  8. God Save the King refers to the National Anthem of the U.K., see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/God_Save_the_Queen. "Remember, remember" may contain the words 'God save the King" but that does not qualify as it's alternate name, especially since a hugely popular national anthem exists with the same name.
As for, Little Boy Blue, I'll accept that answer even though the web results and certain pages, read non-Wikipedia, point only to Old Mother Hubbard.
